Job Description
Supply Chain Program Manager - Robotics & Automation Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain initiatives across robotics and automation programs, driving alignment between sourcing, planning, engineering, product, and finance teams. This role focuses on balancing commercial and technical trade-offs to achieve operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience across the product lifecycle. The position requires a highly analytical and self-driven individual who can synthesize complex inputs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate with a high degree of ownership. Success in this role depends on the ability to manage ambiguity, lead large-scale initiatives, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and supply chain performance. Experience Requirements 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations Experience working within global hardware or electromechanical supply chains Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience across multiple commodity categories Background in robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems Experience supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and sustained operations Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field) Team & Function Overview Part of a robotics supply chain organization supporting large-scale automation programs Focused on end-to-end supply chain strategy across multiple product lines Works cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams Supports both product development an
