You'll use your skills and expertise to analyze problems, develop solutions, and work with Navy leaders to improve surface warfare. You Have: 8+ years of experience in Surface Warfare, including Department Head afloat or ashore Knowledge of Surface Navy readiness policies and systems Ability to develop, produce, and present briefings, issue papers, presentations, and documents at the tactical through strategic levels at the General Officer or Flag Officer level Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: 2+ years of experience on a major Echelon III or above staff, or Joint or Combatant Command military staff Experience in Navy requirements development and Navy Program Objective Memorandum ( POM ) processes Experience with Surface Navy mainten
