Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Est start date: 07/17/2026 Preferred Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. Worksite Setting: Inpatient. Scope of Work: Suture removal, sick patient visits, surgery site infection, prescription renewal, established patient care, patient volume: Office 35 - 45/week individual visits Inpatient 2 Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN License to present and Active DEA (or one that is easily transferrable) and CSR. EMR: Epic. Additional details Looking for a Neurosurgeon to assist with the below dates to cover 7/17-7/27. Will confirm if Locum will be required to do surgery Prefer someone with EPIC experience but able to train if needed. Support Staff: CST, PSR.
