Here, you will work closely with a talented group of surgeons and compassionate nurses, ensuring that each patient's experience is seamless, supported, and centered around their well-being. Whether you're preparing a patient for surgery with clarity or confidently facilitating instruments during a procedure, you'll witness the profound impact of your care - in a place where both your talent and tenacity are genuinely appreciated. Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and in-depth reviews of medical histories Assist in evaluating and diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and lab results Collaborate closely with the surgical team to create and implement individualized surgical treatment plans Provide intraoperative support: prepping the operating room, ensuring patient positioning, and passing instruments during procedures Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, including medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education Education A Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical practice is highly preferred
