Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting in surgical procedures through effective organization and preparation of the operating room Ensuring sterile fields are maintained and infection control standards are met Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants Preparing and managing surgical equipment throughout procedures Monitoring surgical supplies to ensure readiness for every operation Collaborating closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for coordinated care Maintaining accurate counts and documentation of surgical items Education Requirements: Completion of a Surgical Technology program accredited by a recognized body A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory Certifications Required: Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required BLS certi
