Your Core Responsibilities Will Include: Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist with surgical procedures Upholding sterile environments in line with infection control standards Passing instruments and supplies to both surgeons and surgical assistants with precision Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after operations Keeping an accurate inventory of supplies ready for each procedure Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff Documenting surgical counts and protocols accurately Educational Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or an equivalent qualification required Required Certifications: Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential mandatory BLS certification (or ability to secure within 90 days
