Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting surgical procedures by effectively preparing and organizing the operating theater Ensuring sterile fields are properly maintained while adhering to all infection control measures Passing instruments and essential supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants Managing and prepping surgical equipment throughout each procedure Keeping track of supplies and ensuring readiness before each surgery Collaborating with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team for cohesive patient care Maintaining precise surgical counts and detailed documentation Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program A high school diploma or its equivalent Certifications Needed: Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
