Your Responsibilities Will Include: Efficiently setting up and organizing the operating room for surgical procedures Ensuring sterility throughout the surgical field in accordance with infection control protocols Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by providing instruments and supplies as needed Preparing and handling surgical equipment throughout all phases of procedures Monitoring inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for each surgery Coordinating with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel for optimal patient care Ensuring accurate counts and documentation during procedures Qualifications for the Role: Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent mandatory Essential Certifications: Current CST
