Your Daily Duties Will Involve: Preparing and organizing the operating room for surgical procedures Ensuring strict adherence to sterile fields and infection control protocols Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants with precision Managing surgical equipment pre-, during, and post-procedure Monitoring surgical supplies to ensure readiness for each operation Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff Maintaining accurate counts and thorough documentation of surgical processes Education Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent is required Necessary Certifications: Current
