Overview RiverView Health, is a community owned, membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN. RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area. Responsibilities Full-time (.8 FTE) Surgical Technologist Location: Hospital / outpatient Position Status: .8 FTE (64 hours per pay period); Non-exempt subject to over-time Schedule: 64 hours per two-week pay period; includes weekend and holiday rotation - requires 1:4 weekday call and every 4th weekend call. Pay Range: $25.84 - $36.19 (dependent on experience) - sign on bonus eligible RiverView Health has an opening for a full-time (64 hours every 2 weeks) Surgical Technologist. The Technologist will maintain sterile technique of self and staff within operating room suite, prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures, anticipate surgeon needs during the procedure, take care of specimens, monitor medications, and assist with dressing placement, inspect, replace, and sterilize instruments, participate in stocking and restocking medical supplies and participate in monthly cleaning of department.
