In Your Role, You Will: Assist in surgical procedures by expertly preparing and organizing the operating room Ensure sterile fields are maintained and strictly adhere to infection control standards Provide instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical staff in a timely manner Manage surgical equipment with precision before, during, and after procedures Keep vigilant track of supplies to guarantee every operation is ready to go Work closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to provide excellent patient care Maintain accurate counts and thorough documentation throughout surgical processes Qualifications Required: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program A high school diploma or equivalent Necessary Certifications: Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire Essen
