Your Key Responsibilities Include: Preparing and maintaining the operating room for surgical procedures Ensuring sterile fields and compliance with infection control standards Passing instruments and materials to surgeons and assisting personnel Managing surgical tools and equipment pre-, intra-, and post-operation Overseeing inventory and ensuring preparedness for all surgical cases Working closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for a seamless operation Keep accurate logs and counts throughout procedures Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or its equivalent Certifications Required: Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) designation required BLS certification (or ability to secure within 9
