Surveillance Operator The Surveillance Operator monitors all gaming areas to insure compliance with GCB regulations and all internal policies and procedures. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Responsible for continually monitoring the hotel and casino operations to ensure adherence to the state regulations, in-house internal controls and company policies and procedures. Review video footage as needed. Generate detailed written reports or follow-up reports on incidents that occur on property. Perform any and all job related duties as directed by the Surveillance Lead Operator, Surveillance Supervisor and or the Executive Director of Surveillance. Qualifications: Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent and articulate in English. Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Knowledge of all table games. Knowledge of gaming minimum internal casino standards, local jurisdictional gaming laws and Nevada Revised Statues. Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration. Minimum age requirement is 21. 1 year experience in the casino surveillance field. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English
