Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients such as vegetables, proteins, and toppings for poke bowls according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station to ensure food safety and efficient workflow Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to uphold health regulations and quality standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely assembly of poke bowls for dine-in or takeout orders Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low Requirements Prior experience in a dietary department, dietary aide role, or food service environment is preferred Strong knife skills and experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen experience, including food handling and food industry standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative kitchen environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary skills in a dynamic setting.
