S3 Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and highly professional Lead Sushi Cook with proven experience operating in a high-volume environment. This role is critical to maintaining the speed, precision, and consistency required to execute a premium sushi program while supporting daily kitchen leadership and operational excellence. Position Overview The Lead Sushi Cook will oversee day-to-day sushi station execution, ensuring product quality, efficient workflow, and adherence to S3 culinary standards. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong organizational discipline, and takes ownership of maintaining a high-performance station during peak service periods.
