Job Description
Alignment & Suspension Technician - Join Idaho’s Premier Off-Road Shop We’re not a general repair shop-we specialize in high-performance suspension systems, drivetrain setups, and off-road builds. If you take pride in precision work and want to build more than just basic installs, this is the place. We’re looking for an experienced Alignment & Suspension Technician who knows their way around driveline components and understands what “done right” actually means. What You’ll Be Doing: Perform precision alignments (lifted trucks, Jeeps, and custom setups). Install, service, and repair suspension systems. Remove and rebuild front driveline components (axles, CVs, etc.). Rebuild differentials and shocks. Diagnose suspension and driveline issues. Maintain accurate job records and documentation. Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Safely operate shop equipment (lifts, air systems, hydraulic tools). What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on automotive experience. Strong understanding of suspension geometry and driveline systems. Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards. Attention to detail - no shortcuts, no comebacks mindset. Basic knowledge of shop systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic). ASE certifications are a plus, but not required. Must have your own tools and know how to use them properly. Why Work With Us: Work on high-end builds-not just basic repair jobs. Tight-knit team that takes pride in quality workmanship. Opportunity to grow your skillset in suspension and drivetrain specialty work. Consistent workflow with a reputation-backed shop. If you’re the kind of tech who cares about doing it right the first time and wants to be part of a shop that actually values that-apply today.
