Ice Creams Wheels & Tires is Arizona's leader in custom wheels, tires, suspension, lift kits, lowering kits, brakes, tint, and audio.We're looking for a skilled and motivated Suspension Technician to join our growing team.If you have hands-on experience with suspension systems, enjoy custom builds, and take pride in quality work and customer satisfaction -- this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities Perform suspension installations, including lift kits, leveling kits, and lowering kits Complete alignments and verify suspension geometry and ride quality Perform brake system installs and repairs as needed Conduct full vehicle inspections to identify additional services or safety issues Communicate with sales and service teams on findings, parts, and recommendations Upsell additional services or maintenance items when appropriate (brakes, shocks, bushings, etc.) Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Keep tools and equipment in good working condition and report maintenance needs Support team operations and assist with related shop tasks when needed Requirements 2years experience as an automotive or suspension technician Proficient in suspension installs, lift/lowering kits, and alignments Own tools preferred (shop tools and equipment provided for heavy jobs) Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to lift 50lbs safely Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and pride in workmanship Experience in custom/off-road builds is a plus Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay:$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Expected hours:30 - 50 per week Benefits:On-the-job training Paid training Work Location:In person.
