Job Summary As a Sweetsmonger, you will help make and serve our house sweets while learning the craft behind them.We are an artisan sweet shop located at the mouth of Zion National Park and the only bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Southern Utah.This role is a great fit for creative, friendly people who enjoy hospitality and sales, and want to develop real skill in making sweets from scratch.Duties Making ice cream from scratch Producing chocolate bean-to-bar Making caramel, fudge, and nougat confections from scratch Dipping and serving ice cream Assisting and welcoming customers Stocking and organizing product and displays Qualifications Utah Food Handlers' Permit Willing to learn on the job Interest in food and people Join us as a Sweetsmonger and bring joy through your craftsmanship!
