Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for an energetic Swim Coach/Instructor with a sincere love of children and swimming to join our team at our location at 4018 Powell Rd Powell OH 43065.What We Offer to our Swim Coach/Instructors:Paid, hands-on training -- no experience needed! Flexible set schedules Room to grow Inclusive work environment Positive team culture Swim Coach/Instructor Responsibilities:Teach swim lessons for kids up to 12 years old Lead group classes with no more than 4 kiddos per class Provide constructive feedback to students and parents Track student swim progression throughout the levels Attend monthly in-service trainings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures Teach 7-8 classes back-to-back during a 4-5 hour shift Availability to work one weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday between 8:30am-2pm Availability to work Tuesday or Wednesday evenings Swim Coach/Instructor Benefits:Paid Training Weekend Lunch Provided Group Outings Ability to start whenever you are available Flexible Scheduling Be a part of something bigger, apply today!
