Swim Instructor

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with young children, swim experience, or related fields and possess strong communication skills to teach students of all ages and skill levels. Duties Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups following established curriculum Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their swimming techniques Develop lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each student Maintain a clean and organized pool environment Experience Previous experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity Lifeguard certification is a plus Familiarity with health clubs, gyms, or related facilities Pay rate is determined by experience with swim instruction.
