In this role, you will be responsible for building, installing, and finishing swimming pools with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality aquatic environments that meet client specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills and tools to bring pool visions to life. Responsibilities Assist in the excavation, framing, and concrete forming of pool structures, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment based on blueprints and schematics. Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, and material placement. Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment according to specifications and local codes. Apply finishing techniques including plastering, tile laying, concrete finishing, and stucco application to achieve smooth surfaces and aesthetic appeal. Fabricate custom components using metal fabrication techniques or carpentry skills for unique design features. Perform site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with team members on restoration work, masonry, hardscape installation, glass or cabinet installation, roofing, or other related tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on pool or outdoor structure projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, concrete forming and finishing techniques. Familiarity with materials such as stucco, plastering compounds, masonry units, tile materials, and glass installation. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions diligently. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Certifications or experience in construction management or inspection are a plus; familiarity with Bluebeam software is advantageous.
