In this energetic role, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing swimming pools to ensure they operate flawlessly and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Build new swimming pools from start to finish, including excavation, framing, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing touches Perform routine pool maintenance such as cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections Repair and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues early and carry out necessary repairs promptly Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service schedules for each project or maintenance task Ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction and maintenance activities Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Proven experience as a pool service technician or builder with a strong background in pool maintenance and construction Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for repairs and installations Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting complex systems quickly and accurately Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments for water quality control Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics related to pool construction Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges We also will train for you for the position experience not necessary Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional swimming environments!
