We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Shape solutions end-to-end by gathering and documenting requirements, supporting user story creation and backlog grooming, and contributing to business process design. Configure, test, and validate applications, including assisting with data conversion and executing tests. Provide 24x7 support for critical systems, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating resolution. Maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles to support system operations. Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and design solutions. What You'll Need Relevant experience in systems analysis (0-4+ years). Understanding of systems development concepts, lifecycle, and IT operations. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Hands-on experience with application configuration and data conversion is desirable.
