We’re looking for a System Architect who specializes in database design to build secure, scalable data platforms that power critical applications and analytics. You’ll lead the architecture for relational/NoSQL systems, data modeling, performance tuning, and cloud optimization. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end database architecture. Design for scale, high availability, and disaster recovery. Optimize queries, indexing, partitioning, and caching strategies. Define data ingestion/ETL/ELT patterns and integration with APIs/microservices. Implement monitoring, observability, and capacity planning. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met. Partner with software, DevOps, and security on delivery and operations. Must‑Have Qualifications Experience in systems/database architecture (SQL + NoSQL). Deep proficiency in schema design, query optimization, and indexing. Cloud database services (Azure/AWS/GCP) and IaC concepts. Experience with ETL/ELT (e.g., ADF, Glue, dbt, or similar). Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash). Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership. Nice to Have Distributed data systems (Snowflake). ERP Systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA) Proven cost/finops optimization in cloud data platforms. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $114,920 - $158,015 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
