Yes Job Description Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong software development requirements management and project management skills to fill a Capabilities Development Lead (CDL) role. Software development and systems engineering full life cycle experience strongly desired. This candidate will be working with customer leadership, capability thread leads, and DAC TTO leadership on analytic status, health, and development; will be working with multiple customer and contractors on capabilities concepts to capabilities requirements; good planning and estimation skills for software development of analytics using multiple platforms including GhostMachine and QTA; will include data analysis, metrics, document creation, and briefings. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups and coordinate efforts. Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation.
