Role Description Hanvok Group LLC is seeking a dedicated and innovative System Engineer for a full-time remote role. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems, delivering technical support, and collaborating on system administration tasks. Daily responsibilities include analyzing system performance, implementing improvements, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operations of IT infrastructure. The role requires adaptability, technical expertise, and proactive problem-solving to meet business and client needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Systems Engineering and Systems Design, with a focus on creating and improving IT infrastructure Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve system-related issues Proficiency in System Administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and provide technical solutions Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with modern IT tools and practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
