Min Compensation: USD $82,129.00/Yr. Max Compensation: USD $113,281.00/Yr. Overview: Why We Need Your Talents: The Systems Analyst plays a vital role in strengthening the efficiency, stability, and innovation of Live! Casino & Hotel’s gaming and enterprise application environments. Your ability to understand business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and deliver thoughtful, scalable system solutions helps ensure our technology platforms operate smoothly and support the fast‑paced demands of the property. As a subject‑matter expert for our gaming applications, you partner closely with operational leaders across Marketing, Player Development, Casino Operations, and Hospitality to enhance functionality, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement. Through strong analysis, communication, and problem‑solving skills, you help maintain a reliable, responsive, and forward‑looking technology ecosystem that supports both business performance and guest experience. Responsibilities Where You'll Make an Impact: Provide Subject Matter Expertise for business functions or configuration of application systems environments in the Live Casino & Hotel Application suite. Facilitate meetings and workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users. In partnership with the IT Business Analyst provide subject matter expertise for determining business requirements to address business opportunities or issues across business functions within the gaming applications. Assess and analyze existing processes and data to identify improvement opportunities and present findings to stakeholders for discussion. Act as a representative of Technology Services to internal and external customers. Monitor and maintain local IT infrastructure. Debug production reported issues and suggest manual workarounds. Other duties as assigned. Must own a basic repair kit Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended Must have the schedule flexibility to work different shifts as required. We strive to address staff scheduling needs when critical. However, staff often have to work for a time on all shifts. We strive to keep CSE shift assignments stable for up to 1 month or more to minimize shift changes and maximize schedule stability. Ability to demonstrate a professional, mature, positive and self-confidence in accomplishing daily tasks. Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team, both within and outside the department on a daily basis. Strong research and business writing skills required. Must have initiative, strive for continuous improvement. Proven ability in implementing innovative ideas or business solutions. Maintain and or achieve all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management Ideally has at least one or more of the following: CompTIA A+ Certified Professional, CompTIA Network+ Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, Project Management Professional (PMP). Ideally should plan to achieve at least 1 more certification within the first year of tenure at LCH. Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems Understanding of ITIL methodologies May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required Qualifications: Must-Haves: Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience Ideally has Microsoft Office 365 and/or Active Directory administration experience Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Must be able to climb 35 stairs to the Casino Floor for several regular trips around the floor during a shift (which can be up to 2000 feet per trip). Flexibility and ability to work within a high growth, high stress, and fast paced environment with changing priorities.
