Build and Connect the Systems That Run the Business What winning looks like: Make work flow better by fixing processes, connecting systems, and leading projects that help the whole company run smoothly. What it will take: Map out how work flows across the company — then make it cleaner, faster, and more reliable Design processes that reduce confusion and increase clarity Ensure every system (Odoo, production, customer service, sales, fulfillment) communicates well Lead cross‑departmental projects that require coordination and structure Identify inefficiencies and build solutions that scale 2. Equip and Empower the Team What winning looks like: Help the team succeed by teaching, supporting, and creating easy-to-follow workflows. What it will take: Train employees on new processes, tools, and best practices Create simple, clear SOPs that help people win Coach teams on how their work fits into the bigger picture Support team leads in building healthy, accountable workflows 3. Own the Digital Backbone What winning looks like: Keep our business systems running well and make sure they meet the company’s needs. What it will take: Oversee the structure and health of our business systems (Odoo, CorelDraw, communications channels) Integrate and simplify digital and analog systems Work with technical partners to implement improvements Ensure data accuracy, clean handoffs, and reliable reporting Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions 4. Lead with Clarity What winning looks like: Connect teams, keep communication clear, and guide projects to success with calm leadership.
