Senior JAVA AI Developer Role Summary We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to drive AI‑enabled software engineering practices while designing, building, and modernizing large‑scale, cloud‑native enterprise systems. This role requires a Senior‑level engineer who actively leverages Generative AI coding assistants across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and applies strong engineering judgment to ensure correctness, security, and performance in high‑availability, regulated environments. The position combines advanced Java and cloud development expertise with hands‑on AI/ML implementation and system modernization experience. System Modernization & Transformation: Migration of legacy, monolithic systems to distributed, cloud‑native architectures. Spec‑Driven & Agentic Development: Translating low‑level designs (APIs, data models, class diagrams) into structured specifications that guide AI‑assisted implementation. Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead engineers, influence architecture decisions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
