Manage multiple server builds, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Skills Proven ability to construct servers from start to finish, with a solid grasp of technical architecture. Exceptional problem-solving skills and aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic setting. Strong communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical teams. Capability to deliver clear and concise status updates for different audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with IBM AIM, Linux, WebSphere, and Oracle is highly advantageous. Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team of skilled engineers. Skill in influencing outcomes and achieving results through collaboration.
