This team is composed of senior generalists with strengths across Identity/Security, Networking, or Infrastructure. Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot escalated Microsoft IT infrastructure issues across networking, systems, and identity platforms. Design, implement, and support secure development and collaboration infrastructure bridging the Xbox organization with internal and external partners, including: Cross tenant Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) relationships External partner access models (guest vs member) Productivity software configuration and VPN connectivity Provision and configure secure access for game studios, partners, and vendors to Microsoft hosted services. Engineer and maintain automation first solutions for infrastructure, identity, and service operations. Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, driving root cause resolution and long term fixes. Provide technical guidance, oversight, and escalation support for XGS IT interns who handle initial support requests, including: Reviewing troubleshooting approaches Supporting escalations Helping drive consistent documentation and repeatable processes Collaborate closely with build pipeline, platform, and services engineering teams on infrastructure and access solutions.
