OverviewJoin our dynamic gaming team as a Table Games Supervisor, where you'll lead and oversee the smooth operation of table game activities to ensure an exceptional guest experience.This energetic role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced casino environment, demonstrating strong management skills and a passion for customer service.As a key team member, you'll supervise dealers, manage game integrity, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.Your leadership will help create an engaging and secure gaming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again.Duties Provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external customers.Maintains ongoing communication with Casino Operations Manager and Table Games Manager.Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures through continuous interaction with all table games personnel.Set-up daily card and dice impress and/or verification.Monitors the completeness and accuracy of the Player Tracking Forms and associated Pit paperwork.Assures proper spread of table games and recommends scheduling changes when necessary.Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures.Generates all associated Pit Forms and paperwork for the Section (Fills, Credits, Player Tracking and Table Tracking Maintains a direct line of communications with the Manager/Shift Manager.Responsible for issuing reminder slips to Dealers when he/she commits a dealing infraction.Qualifications Proven management or supervising experience within a casino or similar gaming environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of casino operations, table games rules, and regulations Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly Experience in conflict management and guest relations to resolve issues efficiently Basic understanding of security protocols related to cash handling and game integrity Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your leadership talents in an energetic casino setting.We value your expertise in managing operations smoothly while delivering top-tier customer service.If you're passionate about gaming, leadership, and guest satisfaction, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career!
