Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Tailor to join our dynamic fashion retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing garments to ensure perfect fit and quality for our customers. Your expertise in garment construction and sewing will help deliver exceptional service, making each customer feel confident and satisfied with their wardrobe. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine craftsmanship with customer service in a lively retail environment. Duties Perform garment alterations and repairs. Use sewing machines and hand sewing techniques for alterations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tailoring tools and equipment are properly cared for. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Keep accurate records of alterations and repairs. Qualifications: Proven experience in sewing, garment construction, or tailoring within a fashion retail setting or similar environment Proficiency with sewing machines and hand sewing techniques Strong understanding of fabric types, garment fitting, and alteration procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for taking measurements and calculating fabric requirements Knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations is a plus but not required Ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently under pressure, and pay close attention to detail Join us as a Tailor and bring your craftsmanship to life while helping customers look their best!
