Dialog Café – West Hollywood 8766 Holloway Dr, West Hollywood, CA Dialog Café WeHo is looking for Takeout team members to join our team. We’re seeking someone who shares our core values, has a genuine passion for hospitality, is team-oriented, and can stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a part-time position. Shifts range from 6:45 am – 3:00 pm Pay rate: $20.25/hour + tips Duties & Responsibilities: Understanding how to use various delivery tablets, as well as handling our pickup/to go orders Welcoming customers and delivery drivers and help determine their orders Able to read tickets effectively and efficiently Relay orders to kitchen staff in a timely manner Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker Bagging orders properly Ability to take orders accurately Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts and problem solve Contribute to a positive community presence and uphold Dialog Café’s reputation Required Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED Prior customer service or café/restaurant experience preferred Valid Food Handler’s Certificate and ABC License Detailed oriented Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with orders and payments Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Willingness to follow direction and ask questions when clarification is needed Familiarity with health and safety regulations What We Offer: Competitive pay + tips Cross-training Part-time and full-time scheduling options Discounted food and beverages Growth opportunities, including leadership and management paths Our ideal candidate is thoughtful, reliable, and passionate about creating a welcoming guest experience.
