Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support hiring operations, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring teams to meet recruitment objectives. This role is suited for individuals who are organized, professional, and passionate about helping companies hire effectively. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication. Utilize Flowmingo’s AI tools for structured interviews, assessments, and reporting. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority roles. Provide data-driven hiring insights and maintain accurate recruitment documentation. Support candidate experience efforts and uphold hiring standards. Ensure compliance with recruitment and data policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience using ATS or HR tech tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with structured hiring methods is an advantage. Compensation Structure Monthly Salary: ₦80,000 Performance Bonus: Additional bonus is available for: Successfully registered candidates. Confirmed conversions and approved placements from the client. Note: Bonuses are tied to performance metrics set by the client and are paid only when the client verifies the completed outcomes.
