Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and hiring operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruitment coordination, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews, meetings, and recruitment schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Assist with job postings on recruitment platforms and company career pages. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation processes. Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and administrative documentation. Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and employment paperwork. Collaborate with recruiters, HR teams, and department managers to support hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process. Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HRIS or recruitment platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus. Familiarity with onboarding and recruitment processes preferred. Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments is an advantage.
