This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with a primary focus on recruitment and secondary responsibility for HR operations. This is a direct hire opportunity. The role requires strong ownership, executive presence, and the ability to operate independently in a build-from-scratch environment. Own and drive full-cycle recruitment across sales, marketing, product, and pre-sales roles Lead hiring for enterprise sales talent operating in complex, solution-driven environments Build and execute sourcing strategies while leveraging global recruiting support Establish hiring processes, interview frameworks, and talent pipelines in a new market Partner with leadership to align hiring with revenue goals and product strategy Manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions across the business Apply data and AI-driven approaches to improve recruiting outcomes Support payroll coordination, compliance, and vendor management in the US Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies and benefits Ensure compliance with US employment laws and internal policies This role offers the opportunity to build a function, influence executive decision-making, and directly impact company growth in the US market.
