Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Build a strong knowledge of organizational structure and the functions of supported business units. Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication with business leaders to learn specifics about the business, become familiar with standard positions and anticipate hiring needs. Identify, source, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Coordinate and conduct interviews, partnering with team members and HR to ensure effective and equitable hiring decisions. Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staff
