Screening, interviewing, and recommending placement of candidates for all entry-level, technical, professional, and management positions from both internal and external sources. Seeks out networks and sources of candidates, including industry and/or minority-specific sources, via Internet, print ads, direct sourcing, colleges, and job fairs. Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, and conducts background checks. Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of the employment function. Job Duties Performs all aspects of recruiting for the organization, from defining the position requirements and the initial posting of a position through the onboarding process. This includes but is not limited to performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job requirements using networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media computer databases, recruiting firms, and employee referrals. This position also includes posting jobs, placing ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, candidate testing, business and personal reference checks, education verification, criminal background checks, scheduling drug screens; arranging travel and lodging for applicants, and facilitates relocation requirements; extending job offers, negotiating start pay, bonuses, vacation, and other incentives; position control and maintaining associate data in HRIS system; applicant orientation to company and company benefits and
