This role is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and applicant tracking. Often this person is the first point of contact for candidates, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience. In addition, this position plays a key role in identifying where and how to attract talent, leveraging job boards, community outreach, hiring events, and creative local sourcing strategies, while partnering closely with field leadership and HR teams. Primary Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance. Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Ensure all candidates meet applicable industry regulations and organizational hiring standards. Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience. Track, update, and manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role and local market conditions. Identify and cultivate local outreach opportun
