ABOUT THE ROLE The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the organization’s hiring needs by delivering high quality, fully cycle recruiting and providing consultative partnership to hiring managers. This role blends hands on recruiting execution with modern, AI enabled tools and Workday Recruiting workflows to ensure an efficient, consistent, and candidate focused hiring experience. You will collaborate closely with managers to clarify role requirements, source and assess talent, and guide them through structured hiring processes. You will use data, technology, and strong relationship building skills to support both corporate and field hiring needs while contributing to the overall maturity of the Talent Acquisition function. Your work strengthens hiring outcomes, improves process consistency, and enhances the company’s ability to attract and select high quality talent. WHAT YOU WILL DO Full Cycle Recruiting & Talent Partnership Support managers in defining role requirements, success criteria, and interview plans. Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and market insights. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using active and passive methods, including AI enabled tools (Paradox, LinkedIn AI features). Coordinate structured interviews, ensure timely feedback, and maintain a consistent candidate experience. Support compensation alignment, offer preparation, and candidate closing. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates for recurring or high-volume roles. AI, Systems & Data Optimization Manage requisitions, candidate movement, and reporting within Workday. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Use metrics (Power BI or similar) to monitor funnel health, hiring velocity, and process effectiveness. Conduct talent research to understand availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape. Use automation tools to support scheduling, communications, and screening. Employer Brand & Candidate Engagement Partner with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Use social and digital platforms to attract and engage candidates. Represent the company at job fairs, hir
