Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and hiring operations for healthcare, contact center, and corporate positions. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting activities, and supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources leadership to identify staffing needs, maintain recruiting pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Benefits Health / Dental / Vision insurance 401(k) Employee Wellness Program Comprehensive and ongoing training Strong company culture with career growth opportunities Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for operational, healthcare, and corporate positions Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting documentation Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment outreach activities Partner with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring status updates to leadership Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities as needed Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations Assist with recruiting projects and workforce planning initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting in healthcare, contact center, or high-volume environments preferred Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices preferred
