The Opportunity Baystate Financial is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber financial advisors and career professionals who align with our firm’s values and long-term growth strategy. This role blends recruiting expertise with business development , requiring a proactive professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent in the marketplace, and serving as a brand ambassador for Baystate Financial. Key Responsibilities Proactively source, attract, and cultivate a pipeline of high-quality financial advisor candidates for current and future opportunities Team approach working closely with the Director of Talent Management Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience, motivations, and cultural alignment Evaluate candidates through resume review, interviews, and reference checks to determine alignment with firm standards Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Consistently meet or exceed recruiting activity goals including outreach, interviews, and hires Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand team growth needs and advisor profiles Develop and execute recruiting campaigns that strengthen Baystate Financial’s employer brand Build relationships with external centers of influence, professional networks, and industry talent pools Track recruiting metrics and provide well-documented reporting to leadership Stay current on recruiting best practices, industry trends, and advisor movement within the financial services space Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms to manage and track candidate pipelines Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, or wealth management Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruiting metrics and hiring goals Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms Strong relationship-building and communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple candidate pipelines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment Occasional travel as needed Preferred Experience implementing diversity-focused sourcing strategies Familiarity with advisor recruiting models within broker-dealer or financial advisory firms Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $80,000-$150,000 salary + incentive Performance-Based Bonus Structure Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off Professional development opportunities The Ideal Candidate You are outgoing, confident, and naturally curious about people.
