About the Role Rolfson Oil is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for field operations and corporate support hiring needs. This role is critical to keeping operations staffed with dependable, safety-minded talent across multiple markets. We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to move with urgency, build candidate pipelines, and successfully hire in fast-paced industries such as: Oil & Gas Transportation Logistics Manufacturing Construction Skilled Trades Industrial Services This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, high activity, and making a direct impact on business growth. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, operations, driver, mechanic, technician, skilled trades, and office support roles Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and recruiting platforms Conduct phone screens focused on experience, reliability, work history, safety mindset, and fit Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum through every hiring stage Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions before openings arise Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities Maintain accurate ATS updates and candidate communication in real time Guide candidates through offer stage, onboarding steps, and first-day readiness Improve recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and job posting performance Support hiring projects and workforce initiatives as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments Experience hiring for operations, logistics, transportation, oilfield, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or skilled trades strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Strong sourcing skills and confidence making outbound recruiting calls Ability to evaluate candidates quickly and effectively Excellent follow-up, organization, and communication skills Experience with Paycom, TenStreet, or similar ATS platforms preferred DOT compliance knowledge is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience Why Join Rolfson Oil High-visibility recruiting role with direct impact on operations Opportunity to build pipelines and improve hiring processes Stable and growing business supporting essential services Fast-paced environment where strong performers stand out Competitive compensation and career growth potential Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with recruiting experience in the following environments are encouraged to apply: Trucking / Transportation Oil & Gas Services Construction Staffing Manufacturing Plants Skilled Trades Recruiting Warehouse / Distribution Industrial Field Services
