Professional Experience Applicants should demonstrate: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or People & Culture environments Experience supporting candidate engagement, employee development, or workforce initiatives Strong communication and relationship-building capability Confidence using remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms High levels of organisation, accountability, and professional maturity This position is particularly relevant for professionals looking to apply their expertise in a broader and more flexible capacity while maintaining meaningful professional engagement.
