Key Responsibilities Lead and strategize complex recruitment campaigns aligned with organizational goals Shape and influence overall recruitment strategy and manage stakeholder relationships Mentor junior team members and manage recruitment projects to ensure successful outcomes Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting 5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
