You’ll work directly with the Head of Recruiting, owning the front line of our hiring process deciding who moves forward and who doesn’t. What You’ll Do Spend 30+ hours/week in real conversations with candidates Evaluate high volume (200–300+ applicants/week) and filter aggressively Identify mindset, energy, and coachability within minutes Move top candidates into second-round interviews Maintain speed without sacrificing quality Own your numbers and improve them weekly You: Live or are deeply committed to fitness, nutrition, and performance Naturally connect with people and build trust quickly Move fast, think fast, and make confident decisions Take ownership and operate without being told what to do Hold a high personal standard If fitness, nutrition, and performance aren’t part of your life, this won’t be the right fit. If you were trying to identify whether a candidate has true humility, what one question would you ask in a screening call, and why would you pick that question specifically over others? Two candidates have nearly identical resumes. One is genuinely hungry. The other is comfortable and coasting. What's the single question you'd ask each of them that would surface the difference, and what would you be listening for in their answers? Walk us through how you'd structure a 15-minute screening conversation to figure out whether a candidate is exaggerating their resume. Don't list techniques. Give us the actual flow you'd use, in order, and what you'd be doing at each step. What's the one trait you think most recruiters underweight when screening candidates? Tell us why it matters, and give us the question you'd use to screen for it. Tell us about a time you were wrong about someone. What signal did you miss, and what would you do differently next time?
