MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Targeter to join our team in Chantilly, VA . The Targeter will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s mission, providing critical all-source analysis and targeting expertise to ensure operational success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing all-source analysis and targeting in support of the Sponsor’s mission. Proposing new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities. Participating in technical meetings and working groups to address issues. Researching, preparing, and presenting reports and briefings as required. Communicating and coordinating with internal and external partners as needed. Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems Security, or related targeting fields. Knowledge of and experience working with SIGINT. Demonstrated, first-hand experience with analytic tradecraft, targeting, and all-source analysis. Demonstrated, hands-on experience searching, reading, and comprehending information using the Sponsor’s key analytic and targeting tools. Demonstrated effectiveness in collecting information and accurately representing it to management. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP certification). Experience with the Sponsor’s primary cyber risk and compliance automation tools. Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization. Clearance Requirements: An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
