Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, providing expert guidance on design, placement, and color choices Prepare skin by following strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment for every session Use tattooing equipment skillfully to create detailed, high-quality tattoos that meet client specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health regulations related to sanitation and safety Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and store operations efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and store productivity Educate clients on aftercare procedures to promote proper healing and long-lasting results Stay updated on current tattoo trends, techniques, and safety standards through ongoing training and professional development Skills Proven expertise in tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and artistic talent Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations essential for safe tattooing environments Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients' needs and explain procedures clearly Ability to manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service excellence Basic first aid skills to handle any minor incidents or emergencies confidently Strong understanding of color theory to create vibrant, harmonious tattoos that stand out Proficiency in illustration or drawing skills to develop custom designs tailored to each client’s vision Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell aftercare products or additional services when appropriate Join us if you're passionate about transforming skin into living art!
