JOB Summary:The PMC is responsible for the ensuring that good manufacturing practice is being performed to ensure that a safe and high-quality product is being produced.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Other duties may be assigned.o Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced; reporting any deficiencies that are found.o Interpret and enforce good manufacturing practice (GMP), regulations, and procedures to ensure food safety standards are met o Maintain records that would confirm that good manufacturing practices are being implemented o Other duties may be assigned at the request of Supervisors.EDUCATION AND/OR Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months of experience and/or training; or the combination equivalent of both education and experience..
